Arnold J. Howard, Ph.D.
President & Co-Founder of Mile High Consulting Group has over 31 years of professional experience conducting research and development in various fields from materials and failure analysis, laboratory management, product qualification and readiness for mission work in national security programs, biotechnology and bio-separations, atomic force microscopy, semiconductor processing and process engineering.
He also has eighteen months of recent experience in the Agriculture industry as the Director of Quality and Research & Development. He currently has contracts in the Agriculture space as well as other NM-based Engineering firms. He has Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees all in Chemical Engineering from the Universities of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Florida, respectively. He also has over twenty years of engineering management experience and has over 80 publications. Arnold lives in Albuquerque, NM with his wife of 32 years, Robin. He has two sons, Brett and Kyle, and a daughter-in-law Madison. Mile High Consulting has offices in Albuquerque, NM, Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA and St. George, UT.

Yun Li, Ph.D.
Dr. Li's multifaceted professional career spans from R&D roles in materials engineering sectors to global program management of several Fortune 500 companies with a focus on technology/business evaluation and consulting. After obtaining her Ph.D., Dr. Li pursued a career in research and development.
While Dr. Li found great career success in the corporate world, her underlying entrepreneurial spirit inspired Dr. Li to form her own consulting business in 2006 with two focuses: technology commercialization consulting and leadership/executive coaching and development facilitation. Serving in this capacity for 12 years, Dr. Li has assisted a wide range of companies through different stages of their maturity by identifying business opportunities, establishing business growth strategies, building teams, and obtaining funding.
She has co-founded or served in an executive capacity for 6 financially successful tech startups. She believes in the importance of sound technologies and business strategies as well as strong teams. She is a certified leadership development facilitator, and an executive coach. Dr Li is ready to help companies or leaders with consulting support in leadership and business development currently.
Chris Dame
Chris's approach to financial advice comes from 25 years of experience in both investments and small business consulting. He was formally trained at TD Ameritrade and then Fidelity Investments where Chris received 7, 63, 66, and Series 4 licenses. In 2015 he went independent and shortly after created Rockwell Advisors (RockwellHQ.com). With offices in New Mexico, Nevada and Utah to take care of a wide spread of clients including helping a number of smaller businesses with their benefits and planning. Chris resides in St. George, Utah with his family and enjoys hiking and reading in his leisure time.

Michael Portereiko, PhD
Michael Portereiko is the General Manager of Cultivation and R&D with 18 years’ experience in the agricultural industry. He received his PhD in Oncology from the University of Utah in 2003 and turned his focus to plants with a post-doctoral research position studying the genetics and cell biology underlying fertilization and seed development. Dr. Portereiko received numerous patents for his work associated with the enhancement of food, feed, and fuel crops over a 13-year career with the ag-focused companies Ceres, Inc., and Forage Genetics International, a subsidiary of Land O’Lakes.
Over his career he has had the opportunity to work with regulatory compliance agencies at both the state and Federal levels and sat as Vice-Chair on the board of directors for Excellence Through Stewardship, a committee comprising major Ag Biotech companies dedicated to ensuring proper stewardship of biotechnology-derived crops.
Sid Scheer
Sid Scheer is the Director of Marketing at Mile High Consulting Group (MHCG). Sid is on contract to MHCG from his company Kleer Enterprises www.kleerenterprises.com. Sid has a master’s degree of business with specialty in Marketing from the University of New Mexico, when he isn’t marketing he is kept busy by his two lovely children and wife who enjoy running and the great outdoors.
